Privacy Policy

Information we handle

• Account information such as email address, name, business profile, and authentication data.
• Merchant configuration, receiving wallet addresses, payment links, invoices, payment records, transaction hashes, and notification preferences.
• API key hashes and prefixes, webhook URLs and signing secrets, delivery logs, team membership, and audit records.
• Customer details merchants submit, such as invoice email addresses, invoice-reminder preferences, and optional refund update email addresses.
• Subscription and billing records processed through BACHS or Paystack.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate users, operate workspaces, create payment requests, detect and report transfers, send requested emails and webhooks, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, provide support, and maintain service security.

Blockchain and service providers

Public blockchain activity is visible on its network and may be associated with a receiving address. Monifyd uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Resend to send email, and BACHS or Paystack to process subscription billing. Configured blockchain RPC and pricing providers receive the requests needed to check transfers and quotes. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.

Wallet credentials

Monifyd does not request or store seed phrases, wallet passwords, or private keys. Receiving addresses and public transaction data are not secret credentials.

Retention and security

We retain account and transaction records for as long as needed to operate the service, meet operational requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use access controls and security measures, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your privacy rights and data deletion

Depending on the laws that apply, you may have rights to be informed, access or correct personal data, object to or restrict processing, request portability or erasure, and complain to a supervisory authority. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions. You can manage profile information in Dashboard → Settings or email monifyd1@gmail.com to make a privacy request. To delete your account, schedule deletion in Dashboard → Settings. Deletion starts after a seven-day grace period, during which you can cancel it from the account-deletion page. Owners must stop subscription renewal before scheduling deletion. When deletion completes, the account and associated workspace data are permanently deleted from the application. Invoice-reminder opt-outs are retained to avoid sending further reminders to that address.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the current version was published.
